This study examines the role of arts education in cultural management, leadership development, and social development. Through a review of existing literature and relevant policy frameworks, it explores how arts education contributes to cultural awareness, creative thinking, communication, collaboration, social inclusion, and community engagement. The analysis suggests that arts education can support cultural management by strengthening cultural literacy and encouraging broader cultural participation. It may also contribute to leadership development by providing opportunities to practice problem-solving, teamwork, emotional awareness, and inclusive decision-making. Furthermore, arts education can promote social development by supporting cultural diversity, preserving cultural heritage, and creating opportunities for interaction among individuals from different backgrounds. However, these potential benefits are influenced by several challenges, including insufficient funding, unequal access, limited teacher preparation, difficulties in evaluating outcomes, and fragmented policy coordination. To address these challenges, this study recommends strengthening institutional support, improving teacher training, promoting inclusive curricula, developing multidimensional evaluation methods, and encouraging collaboration among educational institutions, cultural organizations, and policymakers. The study concludes that arts education should be integrated into broader educational and cultural strategies to maximize its potential contributions to individual development, cultural sustainability, and social well-being. Further empirical research is needed to examine the long-term effects of arts education across different educational and cultural contexts.
