Submit Your Paper

Welcome to New Insights Press.

We are committed to supporting researchers at every stage of the publishing journey — from selecting the right journal to preparing your manuscript, submitting your paper, and sharing your research with the world.

1. Find the Right Journal

Before submitting your paper, choose the journal that best fits your research.

  • Review the Aims and Scope of each journal to ensure your manuscript aligns with its focus and readership.

  • Check the types of articles accepted (e.g., original research, review papers, short communications, or extended conference papers).

  • If you are uncertain which journal is most appropriate, you may contact the editorial office for guidance.

2. Prepare Your Manuscript for submission

A well-prepared manuscript increases your chances of acceptance and speeds up the review process.

We recommend that authors:

  • Download and follow the Author Guidelines and formatting templates available on each journal’s website.

  • Ensure the structure of your paper is clear, including title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, and references.

  • Verify that all data, figures, and tables are accurate and properly cited.

  • If applicable, include information on data availability, supplementary materials, or repository links.

  • Consider professional editing or language support services if necessary to enhance clarity and readability.

3. Submit and Revise

  • Submit your manuscript through our online submission system by selecting the appropriate journal from our list.

  • Once submitted, your paper will undergo an initial editorial assessment to confirm its suitability and academic quality.

  • Eligible manuscripts will then be sent for peer review, typically under a single-blind or double-blind review process.

  • If your paper is better suited to another New Insights Press journal, our editors may suggest a transfer option.

  • During the review process, please pay attention to author declarations, copyright and license agreements, open-access options, and proof corrections.

4. Track Your Submission

  • You can monitor the progress of your submission through the online system using your manuscript ID or author account.

  • Typical status updates include "Under Editor Review," "In Peer Review," "Revision Required," "Accepted," and "In Production."

  • After acceptance, you will receive an official confirmation and can continue tracking your paper through typesetting and publication stages.

5. Share and Promote Your Work

Your research deserves visibility. After publication, we encourage authors to:

  • Share their article through academic networks, institutional repositories, and social media platforms.

  • Present published findings at conferences, seminars, or webinars.

  • Collaborate with New Insights Press to feature your work in journal highlights, thematic issues, or partner events.

Promoting your paper helps increase readership, citations, and the overall impact of your research.
