Permissions & Licensing
Open Access and Copyright Policy
All journals published by New Insights Press operate under an open access model, ensuring that published articles are freely available to readers worldwide immediately upon publication.
Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant New Insights Press a license to publish and distribute the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
This means that anyone may read, download, copy, distribute, print, translate, or adapt the work—provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the source, and that any changes are clearly indicated.
Creative Commons License (CC BY 4.0)
Under the CC BY 4.0 License, users are free to:
• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
Conditions:
• Attribution — appropriate credit must be given to the author(s) and the publisher, with a link to the original publication and a statement of any modifications made.
• No additional restrictions — no legal terms or technological measures may be applied that restrict others from doing anything permitted under the license.
The full legal text of the license can be found at: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
Author Rights
Authors publishing with New Insights Press retain the following rights:
• To reuse their published content in future works, such as books, teaching materials, or derivative research.
• To archive the final published version (PDF) in institutional or subject repositories.
• To share their work through academic networks, conference presentations, or personal websites.
• To grant reuse permission to others, consistent with the CC BY 4.0 license terms.
Authors are encouraged to clearly cite the original publication in all reuses of their work.
Third-Party Materials and Permissions
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reuse any third-party materials (such as figures, tables, images, or text excerpts) that are not covered by open licenses or fall outside the scope of fair use.
• Permissions must be obtained in writing from the copyright holder before submission.
• All such materials should include appropriate credit lines and statements confirming that permission has been granted for reuse.
• If the third-party material is published under a different Creative Commons license, this must be clearly indicated in the figure caption or acknowledgments.
Failure to secure proper permissions may delay publication or result in content removal.
Statement of Policy

We believe that knowledge grows through sharing—and that open licensing empowers researchers, educators, and readers to build upon each other’s work responsibly and transparently.
